If you are aware of any conduct (active or passive) that falls outside the scope of Hotel Saratoga's regulations, especially if it constitutes illegal or criminal acts, you can file the corresponding report through the Whistleblower Hotline.
Reports or complaints submitted will be processed by the Ethics Committee: The Ethics Committee is responsible for receiving, managing, and coordinating the procedure regarding reports received through the Whistleblower Hotline. It will drive any necessary investigations, verify the integrity and accuracy of the information provided, and ensure the proper resolution of the cases processed, including, if necessary, appropriate sanctions.
Who can use the Whistleblower Hotline?
Any third party (shareholder, investor, director, customer, supplier, owner, etc.).
The object of the reports
Reports through the Whistleblower Hotline may concern the following irregularities or behaviors:
• Market and competition abuse
• Workplace/sexual harassment or discrimination
• Irregular actions related to suppliers
• Money laundering and improper payments
• Confidentiality, information security, use of privileged information
• Conflict of interest
• Contracts, reports, or accounting records
• Environmental protection
• Safety and health
• Bribery and corruption
• Influence peddling
• Human and labor rights
• Other violations
